My dearest new friend just gave me the most special Valentine’s gift—words that hit me right in the heart (and not in the "too many tacos" way). Inside a Valentine’s card, she wrote, “Valentine’s Day is the perfect day to remember God’s love for you.”

I kept thinking about God’s unfailing, never-ending, vast love for me. I was adopted into a wonderful home, and in Korea, where being born out of wedlock can still carry a stigma, that’s no small thing. But here I am, living in the greatest country, surrounded by a loving family, and blessed beyond measure.

So today, instead of promoting my all-time favorite thing (which, let’s be honest, is food), I want to remind you of something even greater: God’s unconditional, never-expiring love for YOU.

Happy Valentine’s Day—I hope you feel loved beyond measure (and maybe eat some chocolate, because balance). ❤️
