TrailMate

TrailMate is an app to help cities keep people from getting lost. It is a trail app of curated trails. It addresses several problems:

• People don't know where to go - As a curated list, it's a great place to start.
• People don't know where they are - The map shows the user's location.

This app has a Flutter frontend and an ASP.net Core backend. There is also an admin section to load trails from ArcGIS, assign rating, and add pictures.

It is designed to be simple to use. A user can scan a QR code at a trail head and the app will load as a web app, so no install is needed. If the user does want to install the app it is available in the App Store and Play Store.
