Have you ever stopped your scroll on Facebook and started drooling?

Okay, I wasn’t drooling, but I knew I had to eat whatever was posted. It was a mound of something smothered in red chile sauce, fries, and cheese.

So I invited my sister-in-law to the Chile Pod for lunch.

You guys!!! Hallelujah [insert a choir of angles singing], the Facebook photo was as awesome as the dish!

Inside that mound of deliciousness were large pieces of grilled steak and potatoes.

I smothered mine in green chile sauce. And yes, I added the fries on top (they’re optional).
